For Rachel...

I have been asked by Rachel to post something new on my blog, and since she is so nice. I will comply with her wishes. This is just a short post about how cool Rachel is. She is like...cooler than most people. She is the only one I know that thinks that those punk people at stary night are the coolest. And she has the same desire as me to become like Rasputina. She also drew this rad picture of me as an evil genius, I have lots of cleavage apparently. Rachel, you kill the best!!!

I Love Cheese more than most things...

I am possibly the coolest thing ever, only not really totally cool. I do have cool pictures on my blog however (see above). This post is actually quite pointless...
But I am happy to say that I now have a picture of cheese on my blog, thanx to Becky.
So, in conclusion....cheese is good, and so are those onion blossom things.

My friends rock! Look at the talent!

Becky sent me some lovely photos that she has drawn. I have decided to post them on my blog and share some praise of my friends and their many talents. Rachel has told me she will send me pictures she has drawn as well. So here goes....
This first picture is Becky's and I love the outfit.

pancake frisbees

Pancakes make good frisbies...

Despite what my title says here, this post has nothing to do with Frisbee pancakes...I just liked the idea of jumping up in the air to catch a pancake in my mouth...yeah...We're done now.
Anyway, on with yet another post. The becoming an evil genius plan is on hold for now, until I get sketches of costume, and hideout ideas from Rachel. Don't worry, I will bug her about that as soon as I can.
So I have decided my next big project is to start posting pictures/paintings that I have drawn onto my blog. And also to post pictures onto my blog of the Buffy convention that I went to, so that I can get more excited (if that were possible) for the one to come.
I will hopefully be able to scan some of my paintings/drawings onto my blog. If any of you have cool drawings or pictures that you want me to post onto my blog along with a comment on how cool you are, please e-mail me the pic or give it to me personally to scan in. Do it! It will be cool!!
Also I will have those pics up by the end of today, they probably wont be scanned in until this afternoon...so if you just see this post, check back later to see the pics. no seriously do!! If you don't...I'll know...and I will probably have to hunt you down and...scold you!!!!

Being a Genius Part 2

There were some very good ideas given to me by both of you. Well done, You both can join me now on the Genius train. I would like to point out how Becky included a place for the cheese slices, cause that is important. Go Becky! And Rachel, I too like the Spikette...although Jim is like the "don't mess around with me" name and Spikette sounds like I am a Spike groupie... I haven't made a final decision yet. I think that the leather is a good thing, red highlights are a plus! The hideout isn't as cool as it needs to be because behind peoples couches lie the strangest things. And that can be scary, and like infect you with ebola or something... but good effort. Becky, I think that I like the idea that we cover the both in Buffy/ Angel pics...it seems very poet justicy. It's kinda like "hey, see these pictures of the shows that you canceled?" And then Wham! Whaahaha!! Now help plan the attack and send me pics of robot ideas and costume pictures! I shall post them on the blog for people to get an idea of our evil genius plans! This month the WB! Tomorrow, the...City! the next day after that....well...lets get there first shall we?

being a genius....

I have decided that my new task in life is to become a genius. Sort of like that cool Whedon fella, only I want to be evil. To do that, I am going to need advice from all of you. First plan of attack is obviously to destroy the WB, so Becky...I need some robotic Ideas. Give me ideas that won't get us thrown in jail. Secondly I need a cool evil name, hide out, and costume...this task I assign to Rachel, make me proud my crazy cannibalistic friend. Then I need some money..ya know...so that I can build my robots and my other evil gadgets! I think that I can handle this part...even if this means robbing old ladys.
Next, we need to come up with a strategy in order to attack the WB without them knowing.
Go now and fulfill my wishes...cause if you help me...we will live as gods in togas and with the unicorns and in fields of flowers! And then Andrew shows up to sing the "we are as gods" song, and we dance and stuff. LETS DO THIS THING!!! Whose with me?!!

Joss! I love Him! You know that you all do too!

It's been a while

Hey there gentle viewers! I am sorry for the delay in posts, but I have been lazy.
Nothing really exciting has happened to me in the last few days. I did get to relax, so I guess I can count my blessings. Although I am feeling a little better, I think the late nights are catching up with me. I Also have decided that Rachel is insane,( just throwing that in there). I am happy to be back in the land of the living. It's nice here with all the living people and things around.

On with the blog...
I have decided to look back in reflection on the resolutions that I made and don't plan on keeping.

1. I promised myself that I would build that flesh eating robot to unleash on the WB. Although this seemed like a good idea at the time, I have since decided that it might be against the law, cause it is kinda murder and such....Darn. I still think they deserve a small robot of the non flesh eating variety...maybe it can just set other TV show sets on fire or something.

2. I also planned on getting into shape this year, loosing the weight and eating healthier...but I like chocolate. I cannot give up my chocolate...and I cannot give up the bad foods that I enjoy so much. Maybe if I didn't eat and only exercised I could loose all that weight! Then I could enjoy it for like the month that I am still alive.

3. I promised that I would devote more of my time to this blog....well...I think that this resolution is going fairly well.

4. I also wanted to be in a play this year, we will see how the auditions go for the next couple of months. I hope that I do well, I really miss being in theater. I also wanted to start back up with my singing lessons. I think that it would help improve my voice, cause I seem to be sucking lately.

5. Robots...oh wait, we already covered that.

6. Stalk Sarah, I think I have this covered, but I do have Becky's help with it if I fail to do my best. And Sarah, if you see this...I miss you!

7. Stalk Joss whedon. Cause really, who wouldn't.

Ok well I think that covers everything, I hope that you all do better with your resolutions. I also hope that they find an invention to get rid of stuck cheese on plates....cause that stuff is hard to get off!

Pork and Beans!

Feeling kinda good!

Yeah for being better! I love when I start to feel better after being sick for so long. I love medicine, I love doctors, I love my mom for pestering me into going to the doctors. And I love my roommate Amy for making me take vitamins and drink all that water. I don't however love other roommate Rachel, cause she said she liked me better when I was sick...and who needs that kind of negative energy? I mean really. But I do also love Becky for suggesting fun things to do this weekend...Oh! And I love Kelli for coming down to visit me this weekend!!!! While we are on this love train, I love Karmen, and My dad and my sisters and their families, and so on and so on. In fact! I love everyone!!!! Except so called "friend" Rachel. Ok, I love Rachel too...but only kinda, like that bubblicious gum that starts out really good when you first start to chew it, then gets really old and kinda gross after about five minutes...I love her like that.
Well all, I feel the love...you? I think that I am going to have fun this weekend, by viewing the new Phantom of the Opera movie. I get to go outside and actually have fun. It's this whole new thing I'm trying.

Doctors Office!

I Went to the doctors today, finally I decided that after a week and a half of being miserable it was time to go get some prescriptions. So, I go to the doctors and he gives me some medicine, and some instructions on how to make myself better. I hope that by the next four days I will have cleared this sinus infection up completely. I Also hope to get back into the swing of things. What does normal life feel like again? I can't really remember, but lets hope it is allot more fun than sitting around my apartment with little human interaction. I am thinking that with this new found freedom I call "getting better" I will go do some sort of fun thing. Like go to a movie, or go to Comedy Sportz...or something....how bout it friends? Any fun suggestions?

I hate Mondays

I really hate Mondays...really, really I do. I feel like Garfield in that way. Didn't he hate Mondays? Or he hated the pie in the face on Mondays. I just remember every Monday he would get the pie in the face thing going on. Poor kitty, I hope he doesn't have pie fear...although I would think that he would just eat it anyway. There may be some deep rooted emotional scares left over from that pie fiasoc...YOU DON'T KNOW!
Anyway, the reason I hate Mondays...or at least this Monday, is that I am still sick. Yes Still!!! I have a high fever and a headache, and I feel really dizzy right now. So if half the things I say on this blog don't make any sense...you now know why.
Anyway, on to better news...
I am trying to get to the point where I can publish a new post on my blog everyday, or every other day. This is to keep you, the gentle viewers at home happy. Isn't that nice of me? speaking of gentel viewers, I have learned about a play written by Tom Lenk. He is also the main star of the show. It is appropriately titled "Will you be my special friend?" Every week Tom has a new guest who is his "special friend" He had Emma Caulfield, who played Anya, on as a friend once. Tom has set up the play to be some sort of Mister Rogers show type of a feel. He comes in and changes from a blazer to a sports jacket, and trades in the nice work shoes for a pair of tennis shoes. He then begins the play by singing songs, much like Mister Rogers would.
I wish that I could go to see this, I think that it would be hilarious. He also apparently has his mother go up on the stage towards the end of his show to read a poetry, or tell a bed time story. The tickets are only 15$ so if you find yourself in the La Area, check out the Acme Comedy Theater.

Angel season five DVD

I was searching around www.amazon.com to see if they had a picture of the Angel season five DVD yet. The did have the picture but they also had a video clip of stars David Boreanez, and James Marsters talking about Angel season five, their favorite eps and so on. If you have time go check it out, it is pretty good.

Buffy Con

83 days, 1 hour, and 53 minutes away from the Houston Buffy Con

I am very excited to be going to another Buffy convention. I cannot wait to see James Marsters again, and I am also very excited to meet Andy Hallet and Amber Benson because I have not met them yet. I think that it is funny how they all worked together on Amber's Indi film Chance. I still want a copy of that someday....I should go bug Kelli.
I was looking over the convention page at www.vulkon.com and realized that there are still extra photo sessions left for James Marsters. I am highly tempted to buy a second one. I doubt I will be able to afford it, I have spent so much money already, and I haven't paid for my share of the hotel room or my plane ticket yet. I am quite possibly looking at another 400$. How pathetic am I? Ah well, it will be a blast! A great time will be had by all who attend. I am also willing to throw my money away for all sorts of Buffy fun! I cannot wait till April!!!!!
In the future I should post some pictures of past convention experiences. Hey Becky and Kelli, remember that time when we waited for an hour for Common Rotation to get off the stage so that we could dance? And we got all pretty, and then never danced because by the time they were over it was like 1:00 in the morning, and we were all too tired? Good times...

Friends are the best!

I have the best friends ever! Becky came to my house tonight and gave me a "get better kit". I have had the flu for over a week now, and Becky shows up...being the bestest friend ever, and she hands me a bag of medicine, tea, soup, and an assortment of movies/reading material. Since I am stuck in my apartment literally all day, it was a very nice gesture.
So fellow bloggers....I have come to the conclusion that the flu sucks. I hope that by next week I am entirely better. I am missing out on all the cool stuff, cause I am stuck in bed with my box of kleenex. I am surrounded by empty boxes of kleenex.. it it sad. I seem to have an endless supply of snot, (which, I am sure, you were all dying to know about). So, yay for me for having such good friends like Becky to take care of me in my time of need. I love your guts Becky!!!!

New Years note!!!

I just got done reading a new years note from Joss Whedon. He had commmented on his likes and dislikes of the year 2004. I have decided to do the same.
2004 brought many a great thing...Buffy seventh season on DVD, Buffy oakland con....
But there were also bad things about this year. Angel being canceld, the WB...
I would like to list a few things and give you my opinion:

1.LOTR BEST PICTURE: About bloody time! Finally LOTR wins something!!! about 11 somethings to be exact.

2.the WB: I will tear out their hearts and throw them to the cannibals! The WB got rid of Angel when it was at the top of its prime. Angel's 5th season was quite possibly the best. We were introduced to new worlds all over again, Puppet Angel was hilarious!!! The plot for the last 2 episodes kept me at the edge of my seat!! Illyria Rocked! Amy Acker showed us what an amazing actress she really was by switching flawlessly from Fred to Illyria in a second. Wesley dying was a very sad and touching moment. I pine for him!!!! Then Lorne's exit was just sad and upsetting. Angel's last line of "let's go to work." Was perfect....sad , but perfect. Keep fighting the good fight!!!!Oh, how I hate you WB!!!

3.Cannables: cant live with em' cant live without em'.

4.New years eve: just isn't the same without a balloon for a date.

5.Resolutions: Things that you know will make you a better person, so you say that you will do it. Yet in the back of your mind you know that you will never get it done. Dang, there go all my hopes for creating that flesh eating robot to attack the WB. (Are we noticing a cannibalistic theme?)

Here endeth my thoughts on the old year, hopefully the new year will be better.
you should really read Joss Whedon's though, cause it far exceeds mine.
here is a link for it..hope it works.
