Bad Work Day!!!!!
Ok, I officially suck as a supervisor!! Our system had troubles today and we had soooo many angry customers!! Ahhhhhhh!!! Someone kill me now!!!! The only good thing that has happend today was I got ice cream. And I am going to eat it all and get sick!!!! Because I can!!!!!!

Poor Natalie. You're a good supervisor, you just have...angry customer peoples. Remember our plan for the employees? It so completely applies to annoy customers too Nat. Just watch out for those serial killer water cooler peoples -.- Yay for ice cream....and Natalie!
Nat you don't suck as a supervisor, you are new and still learning and customers are always going to be angry and they are always going to be upset with one thing or another. The trick is to not really care. You care too much that the customer is happy and then blame yourself when they are not, when in all reality it is not your fault at all if the customer is unhappy. Don't worry, give it time, things will get better.
Are you like the veteran customer service person? I wondered why they offered you the job, and I came to the conclusion that you must have been there longer than any of the other reps. So just be happy knowing that you know more than the rest of the people under you.
we should have a postal day at work when we can just go crazy and kill stupid people.
